Whistling Woods International (WWI) has announced the dates for its June round of entrance examinations for the 2022 intake. WWI is accepting applications from film, communication, and creative arts aspirants for its full-time degree, post-graduate and diploma courses for filmmaking, acting, animation and game design, media and communication, fashion and costume design, visual communication design, music, event management and sports and e-sports management programmes. The last date to register for the entrance exam is June 18.

Following the registration, entrance exams are scheduled to take place from June 21-24, 2022. The institute offers degree, post-graduate, and diploma programmes under an agreement with Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD).

Rated as one of the best 10 film schools in the world by The Hollywood Reporter and awarded the Excellence in Creative & Performing Arts at the 6th FICCI Higher Education Excellence Awards, 2019, the institute has over 2900+ alumni successfully working with various media organizations, film production companies, and fashion houses in India and around the world. Several recent film releases, like Doctor Strange in The Multiverse Of Madness and Jayeshbhai Jordaar have seen involvement of WWI alumni from the School of Animation & Game Design, School of Filmmaking, and Actors’ Studio in various capacities.

Recently, Nauha, a film created by the alumni and students from the School of Filmmaking, Actors’ Studio, School of Fashion & Costume Design, School of Music, and School of Design was nominated at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival. Yet another WWI alumni achievement featured Ujjwal Aggarwal from the School of Design and his team securing 2nd place in Designathon 2022 by Lollypop. Surya Nair, alumni of the School of Animation & Game Design, has illustrated the children’s book ‘Grandma, What is Coronavirus?’ that was recently launched in Italy and the USA.
