WBPSC Recruitment 2022: Application for Junior Engineers post starts from today; check eligibility here

The West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) released the official notification for the Junior Engineers (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) Exam 2022. Eligible and interested candidates will be able to apply for the vacancies on the official website- wbpsc.gov.in from today i.e. 16 November, 2022.

The registration for the Junior Engineers post is valid till 7 December, 2022 till 3 pm. The notification has been released by the authorities earlier. Candidates will need to submit their application form through online mode.

The official notification states, “The number of vacancies in different services and posts to be filled on the results of the examination will be announced later. All appointments will initially be made on a temporary basis.”

WBPSC Recruitment 2022: Eligibility

1. Applicants should not be more than 36 years of age as on 1 January, 2022. There is a relaxation for the upper age limit for reserved categories.
2. Should have diploma in any Engineering field which is relevant

The application fee is Rs 160 for all candidates. Applicants from SC/ST and PWD categories do not have to pay any application fee. Also, candidates must note that submission of more than one application form will not be accepted and shall be cancelled by the authority.
