The West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC), has officially revised the schedule for Round 2 of the WB NEET UG Counselling 2024. Registered candidates who are eagerly awaiting their admissions must take note of the updated counselling dates, which are crucial for securing a seat in undergraduate medical and dental programmes in the state.
With the West Bengal NEET Counselling Round 2 at its final stage, WBMCC has also published the second round provisional list and seat matrix, allowing candidates to view their seat options based on merit and available seats across participating medical and dental colleges. The seat matrix outlines the distribution of seats across various categories, helping students make informed decisions.
The final seat allotment will be based on the candidate's merit, preferences, and availability of seats in the selected institutions.
WB NEET UG Counselling Revised Schedule
According to the revised timeline, the round 2 seat allotment result will be declared on September 25, following which students are expected to download their allotment letter and report to the allotted colleges on October 3, 4, and 5, 2024.
Post completion of round 2 admissions, the Council will commence the subsequent round registration and fee payment process from October 8 to October 11. After successful registration, the verified candidates list along with seat matrix details will be released on October 16. Candidates will be given the option to fill in and lock their choices on October 16 and 17. The final seat allotment result declaration for round 3 is scheduled for October 21, following which the reporting and document verification will take place from October 22 to October 23, 2024.
