Candidates who have not downloaded their admit cards yet must do so at the earliest from the official website (wbjeeb.nic.in/jelet) by logging in with their application number and date of birth. The admit card contains crucial details like exam venue, timings, and roll number.

WBJEE JELET will consist of two papers. Paper I will be for diploma in engineering/technology or BSc candidates, whereas, paper II is for diploma in pharmacy aspirants. This is a crucial entrance exam for students wishing to seek lateral admission to four-year undergraduate programmes in the fields of engineering/technology/pharmacy in participating institutes across West Bengal.

Paper I consists of two categories of questions:

  • Category I (1 Mark Questions) - This category comprises 80 questions (30 from Mathematics, 25 from Physics, 15 from Chemistry, and 10 from Fundamentals of Electrical and Electronics Engineering). Each correct answer awards 1 mark, with a penalty of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
  • Category II (2 Mark Questions) - This category includes 20 questions (10 from Mathematics, 5 from Physics, and 5 from Chemistry). Here, candidates need to select all the correct options for a question to receive 2 marks. Selecting any incorrect option along with correct options results in no marks awarded.

Paper II consists solely of Category-I questions (awarding 1 mark each). There are a total of 100 questions.
