Steps to Download PUBDET Admit Card 2024
- Visit the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in.
- Select the ‘Download Admit Card for PUBDET 2024’ tab in the bottom of the page. A new page will appear on screen.
- On the PUBDET page, log in with your Application Number, Date of Birth, and Security Pin.
- Verify the details displayed on the admit card.
- Download and print two copies of the PUBDET admit card to bring to the exam centre.
The PUBDET 2024 admit card contains essential details including the candidate's name, date of birth, photograph, exam date, time, venue, and instructions for exam day.
It is mandatory for candidates to carry the admit card along with an original government issued ID, such as an Aadhar card, voter ID, PAN card, or driving license, to the examination centre.
Exam Format
Each PUBDET exam paper will feature 50 questions, with a total possible score of 100. The duration of each test is 90 minutes. Candidates will earn two marks for each correct answer, while incorrect answers will incur a penalty of 0.5 marks. Responses with multiple options selected will be marked incorrect and also incur a 0.5 mark penalty.
The WBJEEB conducts the PUBDET annually to select candidates for the Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (BSc) programmes at Presidency University, Kolkata. The WBJEEB PUBDET 2024 exams are set to take place on July 6 and 7 at various centres throughout the state.
