Steps to Download the Allotment Letter
- Visit the official WBJEEB website at wbjeeb.nic.in.
- Select the ‘PUBDET’ tab from the ‘Examinations dropdown menu on the homepage.
- Click on the ‘Seat Allotment Result for Round 3’ link.
- Enter your PUBDET roll number and password to access your account.
- The seat allotment details will be displayed.
- Download and save the allotment letter for future reference.
Candidates who have been allotted seats will need to confirm their seats and pay the required acceptance fee through the online portal to secure their seats. Following this they will need to report to the University for document verification within the specified timeframe.
Those who are not satisfied with the allotted seat can participate in subsequent rounds of counselling if seats remain vacant.
