The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has announced a new online enrolment process for the Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination) 2025. This updated approach will cover eligible candidates, including Regular, Continuing, and Compartmental students, in accordance with the Gazette Notifications No. S/488 (dated 03.07.2001) and No. S/210 (dated 23.10.2008). The enrolment period is set to begin at 11 AM on December 2, 2024, and will continue until midnight on December 18, 2024.
Schools are instructed to complete the enrolment via the designated website (wbbsedata.com). Detailed guidelines for the online process will be available under the Instruction Tab of the website. Institutions are advised to meticulously follow these instructions to ensure accurate and timely enrolment.
Additionally, WBBSE is introducing an online application and certification process for Candidates With Special Needs (CWSN). Schools must assist all CWSN candidates to complete this process smoothly, with detailed guidelines available separately on the website.
In light of this transition, the previously scheduled Camp Offices for November 12 and November 13 and December 11 and December 12, 2024, for the distribution and collection of enrolment forms are now canceled. However, a Camp Office will be held on December 20 and December 21, 2024, for the distribution of Registration Certificates for Class IX students (2024). During this period, schools are required to submit hard copies of authenticated online enrolment reports and any relevant supporting documents for verification.
For any queries or assistance regarding the process, schools may contact the WBBSE Examination Section through email at wbbseregtn9@gmail.com.
