The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has provided candidates appearing in Civil Services Preliminary examination, 2024 from the Imphal (Manipur' centre) the opportunity to make changes in their examination centre and opt for any of the 80 notified centres of the said examination.
Candidates will be able to makes changes in their examination centres from the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in. The window will open on April 8, 2024 and will close on April 19, 2024.
The commission will be sending E-mail and SMS to all candidates who have opted for Imphal Centre on their registered E-mail Address and registered Mobile Numbers.
Here are some other methods through which candidates can make changes in the examination centre
1. Candidates can submit their requests for change of centres by calling on toll fee helpline number (1899118711) on all working days from April 8 to April 19, between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM.
2. Candidates can also send email requesting for change in centre on the email Id uscsp-upsc@nic.in from April 8 to 19, 2024.
Once the request for change is received by the commission, they will be allocated to the venues of their chosen centres and a message confirming the change of centres shall be sent to each candidate on his/her registered mobile number.
The UPSC will be issuing the admit card for the examination to all the candidates around one week before the examination.
