UPSC CSE Mains 2023 DAF 1 issued at upsc.gov.in; know how to fill here

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) issued the Detailed Application Form (DAF) 1 for Civil Services Mains examination, 2023. Candidates can submit it through the link given on the official website- upsc.gov.in.

Candidates who qualified for the preliminary examination can fill UPSC IAS DAF 1. The last date to fill out DAF is 19 July till 6 pm.

The official notice of UPSC reads, “In accordance with the Rules of the Examination, all candidates declared qualified in the said examination have to apply again in the Detailed Application Form-I (DAF-I) for the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2023, which has been made available on the website of the Union Public Service Commission from 10/07/2023 to 19/07/2023 till 6:00 P.M. All the candidates are required to fill up the DAF-I ONLINE and submit the same ONLINE for admission to the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2023.”

Candidates must note that the submission of DAF 1 does not automatically guarantee admission to the civil services Main exam 2023. The e-admit card, along with the timetable for the examination, will be uploaded on the UPSC website for eligible candidates approximately three to four weeks before the commencement of the exam.

1. Visit the official website- upsc.gov.in
2. Register yourself by providing the required details
3. Login using the generated credentials
4. Fill in the application form and upload the documents
5. Submit and take a printout of the form for further use
