Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on 11 May announced that the Civil Services Prelims Examination (CSE) 2024 and Indian Forest Service Preliminary Examination (IFS) 2024 will be conducted on 26 May 2024. The commission has further even issued the tentative annual calendar for the year 2024 on its official website: upsc.gov.in.
The commission has at present scheduled the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Combined Defence Services (CDS) 1 exams for 21 April. NDA and CDS 2 exams will take place on 1 September. The UPSC CSE Mains exam will be held on 20 September.
It must further be noted that the dates reserved for UPSE Recruitment Tests (RTs) are: 13 January, 24 February, 9 March, 6 July, 10 August, 19 October and 21 December.
UPSC Engineering Services preliminary Examination (ESE Prelims) 2024 will take place on 18 February and the ESE Mains exam will take place on 23 June.
Combined Medical Services (CMS) exam 2024 is all set to take place on 14 July. The UPSC CAPF ACs 2024 will further be conducted on 4 August.
Applicants who wish to appear for these exams must also note that the commission has informed that dates for registration, notification, and commencement of these exams, duration can also be changed.
