UP Police Recruitment 2024: Application deadline extended; read major details inside

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) extended the online application deadline for the recruitment of grade-A computer officer posts. Interested candidates can now apply for the UP Police computer officer posts till 31 January 2024 on the official website- uppbpb.gov.in.

The recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 930 posts of grade-A computer operators in the organisation. As per the schedule, the application form correction window will remain open from 1 to 2 February 2024.

To be eligible for the post, candidates should be between the age of 18 years to 28 years, as of 1 July 2023. Upper age limit relaxations are applicable for reserved category candidates. Also, they should have completed the Class 12 exam in physics and mathematics and have completed the O-level examination in computers from the Department of Electronics Accredited in Computer and Communication (DOEACC) or should have completed a diploma in computer engineering, information technology or electronics engineering from the council of technical education, Uttar Pradesh.

3. Fill in the registration form with the required details
4. Login with the generated credentials during registration
5. Fill in the application form and upload documents

7. Download and take a printout of the same for future reference
