The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has finally announced the results for the Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) examinations 2024. Candidates who appeared for the written exam from June 21 to June 23 can now check their results on the official UPSC website. The result is declared in the form of a merit list containing the roll numbers of qualified candidates.
Candidates who have qualified for the written examination will be called in for the Personality Test/Interview. A total of 41 candidates have been shortlisted for the IES exam and 91 candidates for the ISS exam.
Steps to Download
Shortlisted candidates who find their names on the list must now complete and submit the Detailed Application Form (DAF) online as per the schedule notified by the UPSC. The DAF is a crucial document that contains essential information about the candidate and is required for the interview process. However, it must be noted that the shortlisting is provisional. The Commission will conduct a thorough verification of the eligibility and suitability of each candidate, and then release the schedule for the Interview/Personality Test in due course.
“The exact date of interview will, however, be intimated to the candidates through e-Summon Letter, ” the official notification additionally stated.
