The examination dates for the UGC NET Phase 5 exam were announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

From 13 to 15 March 2023, UGC NET Phase 5 exam will be conducted for 9 subjects. Check out the dates below.

• Environmental Science: 13 March 2023; Shift 1
• Home Science: 13 March 2023; Shift 2
• Library & Information Science: 13 March 2023; Shift 2
• Labour Welfare/HRM/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations: 14 March 2023; Shift 1
• Education: 14 March 2023; Shift 1 & 2
• Social Work: 14 March 2023; Shift 2
• Psychology: 15 March 2023; Shift 1
• Sanskriti: 15 March 2023; Shift 1

The Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor positions in Indian universities and colleges are both filled by the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) or NTA UGC NET, a national test that is used to determine a candidate's eligibility.
