UGC chairman Mr. M Jagadesh Kumar has recently declared the commencement of a Digital University. The university will now offer skill development courses with an aim to grant training to students for the job field.

The Digital university permits students to study two separate degrees simultaneously, and they will also be able to choose a second degree post the completion of one from the university.
