Universal Business School (UBS), Mumbai, will collaborate with US-based PSI Caliper to conduct a study that will use one of the largest psychometric tools to identify the leadership qualities of India’s top 100 women in leadership positions. The announcement was made on the occasion of International Women’s Day on March 8.
A team comprising students of UBS will interview women from diverse fields like arts, corporate sector, education, entertainment, philanthropy, public affairs, sports and more.
The women will also be requested to take the Caliper assessment, a psychometric tool used globally, to gain an understating of the most significant attributes, qualities, skills and mindsets that contribute to their success.
The assessment will also highlight the traits common to these successful women. The assessment report for the participants will remain confidential, only the common findings, while keeping the participants anonymous, would be published.
“The project report will also be available for further research. Our students will be part of the interviewing team supporting the research tools employed with PSI Caliper,” said Puneet Rathi, director, consulting, UBS.
Tarun Anand, chairman and founder, UBS, said the research will become a template that can be used to nurture the next generation of women talent to facilitate their empowerment and growth to the top.
