It must further be noted that the exam, initially postponed due to drought and flood situations in specific regions, will now take place on February 4. This particular decision to reschedule aimed to support candidates facing challenges.
The TN TRB recruitment 2024 exam consists of two different segments - Part A and Part B. Part A involves the Tamil language eligibility test, qualifying in nature, with 30 objective-type questions totaling 50 marks. The test duration is 30 minutes. Part B, an Optical Mark Reader (OMR) based examination, focuses on questions related to the main subject. The exam lasts 3 hours and includes 150 multiple-choice-questions (MCQs), each carrying one mark.
