The Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Tamil Nadu released the provisional rank list and round 1 schedule for the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) UG counselling 2024. Candidates who have applied for the Tamil Nadu NEET UG counselling 2024 can check the provisional merit list available on the official website- tnmedicalselection.net.
As per the counselling schedule, the round 1 registration, fee payment, and choice-filling will commence from 21 August. The deadline to apply, pay fee, and fill choices of colleges and courses before 27 August. The seat allotment result will be announced on 29 August. Candidates will be able to download the provisional allotment order between 30 August and 5 September and the last date of joining is 5 September.

- Check and download the provisional rank list
- Keep a hardcopy of the same for further reference
Applicants will have to pay Rs 500 for the government quota and Rs 1,000 for the management quota as a non-refundable registration fee. Students will also have to submit a refundable security deposit of Rs 30,000 for government quota seats and Rs 1,00,000 for the management quota seats in self-financed medical and dental colleges and state private universities.
