The Chevening Scholarships & Fellowships application process is now open. Outstanding Indian graduates may apply for scholarships for a one-year Master's degree in any field at any accredited university in the United Kingdom (UK).
Mid-to-senior level professionals who want to increase their knowledge and competence in a given field of work might apply for the fellowships, which are customised courses. At a specific UK university, the programmes are short, specialised courses that typically last 8 to 11 weeks. The programme adopts a multidisciplinary approach and combines formal course modules, lectures, discussions in groups, workshops, mentorship, individual projects, targeted trips, and a slew of meetings with industry experts and high-profile companies/organizations that are relevant.
5 scholars will study a one-year Master's programme in artificial intelligence owing to a collaboration between the Adani Group and Chevening this year. Also, 5 Chevening scholars from the state's minority groups will also get co-sponsorship from the Jharkhand state government.
Chevening is the premier international scholarship programme of the UK government. The largest programme of its kind in the world, Chevening India offers up to 100 fully funded fellowships and scholarships each year. Over 3500 Chevening graduates are currently living in India.
