The registration window for the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2024, conducted by Anna University will close today. Scheduled for March 9, the exam is a gateway to Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Application (MCA) degree programs at Anna University, Chennai.

The registration window for the Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admission (CEETA PG 2024) will also close today. This exam is for admission to ME, MTech, MArch, and MPlan programs.

To qualify for TANCET 2024, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks. Those with BE or BTech degrees obtained through distance or weekend mode programs are ineligible. It must further be noted that the application fees for Unreserved (UR) and Other Backward Class (OBC) candidates stand at Rs 1,000, while for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates, it is Rs 500.

The TANCET 2024 exam will be offline, consisting of 100 questions of equal weightage to be completed within two hours. Each correct answer earns one mark, with a deduction of one-third mark for each incorrect response.

2. Click on the registration link.

3. Complete the registration and log in.

4. Fill in personal and academic details.

5. Upload required documents and pay the application fee.

6. Download and print the application form for future reference.
