Ninety per cent of the 2022 passouts at FORE School of Management, New Delhi, have already received one or more job offers.

The highest international package offered is Rs 41 lakh per annum and the highest domestic package offered is Rs. 21.5 lakh. The average pay package offered has been Rs 11.75 lakh.

FORE School has been able to maintain the average pay package offered to its students over the past three years. IT, ITES, finance, FMCG and the consulting sector have been the major recruiters till date.

The average remuneration last year was Rs 10.7 lakh per annum. The highest remuneration in the consulting and research sector was Rs 27 lakh per annum, Rs 24 lakh per annum was the highest offer in marketing, Rs 20 lakh per annum in operations and IT and Rs 17 lakh per annum and Rs 15 lakh per annum in HR and finance, respectively.

The previous year’s placement report for the PGDM, PGDM International Business (IB), Finance Management (FM) & Big Data Analysis (BDA) saw recruiters such as Amazon, Cognizant, Mahindra, ICICI Bank, Dell, Deloitte, ITC, HCL, Asian Paint, GEP, and Nestle among others, to have offered in large numbers.

Around 136 recruiters, 58 of them new recruiters, rolled out multiple offers to the batch of 355 students at FORE School. Around 39% of the recruitment offers were made by IT and ITES companies, 22% were from banking, financial services and insurance, 21% from research and consulting and 10% offers from fast-moving consumer goods, fast-moving consumer durables and automobile industries.

The current batch boasts diverse specialisations — 44% students are from marketing, 24% from finance, 17% from international business, 5% from operations, 5% from human resources and 5% from IT companies.

The batch consisted of 48% female students and 52% males. Educational backgrounds included non-engineering, commerce, arts, science and others.
