The SSC CGL 2024 Tier 1 exam was conducted from September 9 to September 26 across multiple shifts. This year, thousands of candidates competed for various government positions in ministries, departments, and other central government organisations. The Tier 1 exam consisted of objective-type multiple-choice questions covering subjects like General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension.
Once the Tier 1 results are declared, qualified candidates will move on to Tier 2 of the selection process. The SSC will release a separate merit list and cut-off marks for each category, determining who qualifies for Tier 2.
