The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) started the submission of option-cum-preference facility for posts and organisations for Junior Engineer (JE) exam 2024. Candidates who have appeared for SSC JE 2024 paper 2 can submit their preferences by visiting the official website- ssc.gov.in.
As per the official notice, the last date to submit the SSC JE option-cum-preference is till 13 December 2024. The commission informed that the option-cum-preferences last submitted by the candidates will be treated as final. Candidates failing to submit their option-cum-preferences will not be considered in the final merit list.
“All candidates, who have appeared in Paper-ll, are advised to submit their option-cum-Preference for Post(s)/Organization(s) for Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Examination, 2024 through their respective 'CANDIDATE LOGIN' on the website of SSC (Headquarters) i.e. https://ssc.nic.in wherein facility for submission of option-cum-preference for post(s)/organization(s) will be available under my application tab, which will remain active during the period from 9.12.2024 (5 pm) to 13.12.2024 (11:50 pm),” read the official notification.
The commission asked Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates to ensure that they submit preferences for only those posts which are suitable for their disabilities.
