The SSC Stenographer LDCE 2017 Grade C exam was held on 21 October 2022

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) announced the SSC Grade C Stenographer 2017 result. Candidates who have appeared in the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) will be able to download the final results from the official website- ssc.nic.in.

The SSC Stenographer LDCE 2017 Grade C exam was held on 21 October 2022. The written exam results for the same were declared on 13 April 2023, and 249 candidates qualified for the SSC skill test in stenography, which was held on 9 July 2023. The results of the skill test were declared on 3 December 2023.

Detailed marks of the qualified and non-qualified candidates will be uploaded on the official website of the commission ‘shortly’. The mark of the last selected candidate in the general category is 349.10 and for the SC category, it is 336.49. Five candidates from the Scheduled Castes (SC) category were selected in the Unreserved (UR) category.

“The category status in respect of candidates belonging to reserved categories has been indicated against their roll numbers. It is in the interest of the candidates concerned to contact the Regional Director (NR) of the Commission immediately in all such cases where they do not belong to the category shown against their roll numbers,” the official notice read.

  2. On the homepage, click on “Declaration of Final Result of Grade C Stenographers Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2017" link
  3. A PDF will open on the screen
  4. Check and download the result
  5. Take a printout of the same for future reference
