CGL 2024 registration deadline extended by SSC - Check new date, How to apply

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has extended the deadline for submission of online applications for the upcoming Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGL Exam 2024). Candidates who have not yet registered themselves for the exam can submit their applications online at the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in.

The last date for submission of online application was July 24. It has now been extended till July 27 (11 PM). The last date for submission of online fees has also been extended. Now candidates will be able to submit their fees till July 28.

Following the conclusion of the application process, the Staff Selection Commission will provide candidates the opportunity to make corrections in their application forms. The correction window will open on August 10 and will close on August 11.

How to apply online for SSC CGL 2024?

Step 1: Visit the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in

Step 2: Click on the link mentioning 'Apply'

Step 3: Click on the name of the examination for which you want to submit online applications

Step 4: If you are a new user, click register now and fill in all necessary details

Step 5: Login to your account by providing all login credentials

Step 6: Fill up the application form and pay fees

Step 7: Submit the application and take a printout for future reference
