The SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) will initiate the application process for the SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) 2024 in November. Prospective candidates can access the SRMJEEE 2024 registration link on the official website, srmist.edu.in. This examination is a gateway for admission to BTech programs offered by SRM colleges across India.

The SRMJEEE 2024 exam comprises 125 questions spanning five subjects: physics, chemistry, mathematics or biology, English, and aptitude. For biotechnology course applicants, the biology section must be attempted instead of mathematics. The exam, lasting two hours and thirty minutes, carries a total of 125 marks. Each correct answer earns one mark, and there is no negative marking for incorrect responses.

Applicants must have a minimum aggregate of 60% in physics, mathematics, and chemistry, or in biotechnology, biology, computer science, information technology, informatics practices, or engineering graphics. Eligibility extends to Indian residents, non-residents, and holders of PIO or OCI cards issued by the Government of India.
