Bollywood playback singer Sudesh Bhosale – known for his ability to mimic the voice of Amitabh Bachchan and many more veterans in the industry – has been roped in by online learning platform Unlu to impart voice acting lessons to young artists aspiring to pursue a career in podcasting, anchoring and other related fields.
“Voice acting is an important part of the entertainment industry. It is a performance art where artists spend several years developing the style of using their own voice to entertain the audience. It requires great skill and competence to be able to dynamically change the voice in all situations which the aspirants are going to learn through this opportunity,” said Bhosale, who shot to fame in the 1990s for his ability to mimic Bollywood actors like Sanjeev Kumar, Vinod Khanna, Sunil Dutt, Anil Kapoor and many others.
During the voice acting classes, Bhosale will introduce the learners to the core elements of voice acting and share his diverse experience with the budding voice actors and anchors. Besides mimicry, the course will also include language, diction and wellness of voice, voice training, voice modulation, singing, and anchoring lessons.

With this class, we want to let people learn how to utilise their voice for a range of things, from mimicry, character creations to general life conversations. After completing the course, students will be given a certificate of completion. They will also get an opportunity to become part of the Unlu community. The students can choose their own learning path, build long-term connections and participate in the learning and action sessions.
