RRB JE, ALP, RPF and other exam dates released at rrbapply.gov.in; Know details inside

The Railway Recruitment Boards issued the examination schedule for the recruitment of Junior Engineers (JE) along with that of Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP), RPF SI, and Technician posts through an official notice today i.e. on 7 October 2024. Interested candidates will be able to check the notice by visiting the official website- rrbapply.gov.in.

As per the schedule, the RRB JE (CBT 1) examination for 7951 posts will take place from 6 to 13 December 2024. Of the total vacancies, 17 vacancies are for Chemical Supervisor/Research and Metallurgical Supervisor/Research posts under RRB Gorakhpur. The remaining 7,934 vacancies are for Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent and Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant posts.

According to the exam timetable, the ALP examination (CBT 1) will be conducted from 25 to 29 November 2024. Similarly, the RPF SI examination will be conducted from 2 to 5 December 2024. Examination for Technician will be held on 16 to 26 December 2024.

Notably, the examination is being held for the recruitment of Junior Engineers, Depot Material Superintendents (DMS), Chemical & Metallurgical Assistants (CMA), Chemical Supervisors (Research), Metallurgical Supervisors (Research).

As per the schedule, the registration window opened on 30 July and concluded on 29 August 2024. Following this, the modification window for corrections in application form with payment of modification fee was opened on 30 August and closed on 8 September 2024.
