The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) revised the vacancies for Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) posts. Interested candidates will be able to check the official notification by visiting the official website- rrbcdg.gov.in.
As per the official notice, the total number of vacancies for RRB ALP posts has been increased to 18,799. Earlier the board reported 5,696 vacancies form ALP posts through the official notification.
The official RRB notice reads, “Railway Recruitment Board has published CEN 01/2024 for the recruitment of Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) with 5,696 vacancies all over the Indian Railways. A review has been undertaken in view of additional demand received from Zonal Railways and vacancies of Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) stands enhanced to 18,799.”
“Necessary notice indicating RRB wise community wise break up of vacancies shall be displayed on the website subsequently. Opportunity will also be given to existing candidates to revise their choice of RRB once details are published,” it further read.
