The application form for Punjab NEET 2023 counselling was released on 13 July 2023. After registration, candidates will have to submit the registration fee online. The application form for Punjab NEET 2023 seat allocation will be submitted only when the registration fee is submitted.

Punjab NEET 2023 application form: How to apply

  • Log on to the official website at bfuhs.ac.in
  • Register using your mobile number and email ID. Enter details such as name, father’s name, preference of course, college, category, quota, NEET 2023 marks, etc.
  • Complete the application form
  • Note down the registration ID and password for future reference
  • Login again and submit the online application fee

Documents required during Punjab NEET counselling 2023

  • Certificate of Class 10/birth certificate (as proof of age)
  • Marksheet of Class 11 (as a proof that the candidate had studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English)
  • Marksheet of Class 12 (verification of eligibility)
  • Punjab resident certificate Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Exemption certificate (if applicable)
  • EWS certificate (if applicable)
  • Certificate issued by the head of the institution certifying that the candidate has completed Class 10 and Class 12 from their institute
  • Sworn declaration by the parent
  • Sworn declaration by the candidate
  • Affidavit by the parent/guardian stating that the candidate has not applied for the counselling of any other state(s)
