How to Apply
- Visit the official website at sail.co.in or sailcareers.com.
- Click on the ‘Login’ tab displayed on the homepage.
- If you are a new user, complete One Time Registration > click on ‘Registered User’.
- Fill out the application form.
- Upload the required documents.
- Make the payment of the application fee.
- Submit and take a printout of the form for future reference.
It is to be noted by the candidates that incomplete applications in terms of photographs and signatures, applications without application/ processing fees, and applications not fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be rejected.

- General/ OBC/ EWS - ₹500
- SC/ ST/ PwBD/ ESM/ Departmental - ₹200
The recruitment drive aims to fill up 314 Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee)-OCTT posts, in the multiple plants and units, including Mines of SAIL. Candidates will be selected for these posts based on their performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT), which will be conducted in both Hindi and English, followed by the Skill Test in order of merit, at the ratio of 1:3 for each post/ discipline.
