NEST 2024 Registration is Now Open! Click to Know Application Steps

The National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar along with Mumbai University’s Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CBES) commenced the registration process for the National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) 2024, today, March 20. Interested candidates can submit their application through the official website - nestexam.in. The application window will be live till May 31, 2024.

How to Apply

• Visit the official website at nestexam.in.
• Click on the registration link displayed on the homepage.
• Complete registration to obtain login credentials.
• Login > Proceed to fill out the application form.
• Upload the required documents.
• Make the payment of the application fee > Submit.
• Download and take a printout of the form for future reference.

Incomplete/incorrect application form will be rejected. However, an edit option facility will be available to the candidates for the correction of data in their application form, whose dates will be announced later by the official website.

Application Fees

• Male/General/OBC - ₹1400
• Female/SC/ST/PwD - ₹700

NEST 2024 will be conducted on June 30 in two sessions at multiple centres across India. Students aspiring to take admissions to the five-year integrated MSc programmes at the eminent National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar, and Mumbai University’s Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM–DAE CEBS), Mumbai will have to appear for this examination.
