The portal for application fee payments will also shut down promptly at 11.50PM on the same day.   2. Access the NEET UG Exam 2024 registration link and furnish the requisite details.
  3. Proceed to complete the application form and fee payment.
  4. Upon submission, candidates must retain a hard copy of the confirmation page for future reference.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must be at least 17 years old at the time of admission or will attain that age on or before December 31 of the admission year.
  • There is no upper age limit, as per the directive from the National Medical Commission (NMC).

Application Fees

  • ₹1700 for General/ NRI candidates
  • ₹1600 for General-EWS/ OBC-NCL candidates
  • ₹1000 for SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Third Gender candidates

The same are to be paid through online mode.

Exam Details

The NEET UG 2024 examination, slated for May 5, 2024, will span 200 minutes, commencing at 2PM and concluding at 5.20PM. This rigorous examination will include 200 multiple choice questions (MCQs) drawn from the domains of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and Zoology), with each subject featuring 50 questions, split into Sections A and B.

The examination will be conducted in 13 languages, including Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.

With 554 examination centres across the Indian landscape, candidates have ample options for selecting a convenient examination venue. However, the centres outside India are not part of the examination roster.
