The first Computer-Based Test (CBT 1) for ALP (CEN 01/2024) is set to take place on November 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29, 2024. According to the official notification, candidates with exams on November 26-29 will have their city intimation slips activated progressively from November 16 to 19. Applicants will receive updates through SMS and email notifications on their registered contact details.

Candidates can follow these steps to download their RRB ALP CBT 1 exam city intimation slips:

1. Visit the official website of the respective RRBs.

2. Click the RRB ALP city intimation slip download link on the homepage.

3. Enter your required credentials (registration number and date of birth).

4. The exam city intimation slip will appear on the screen.

5. Download and save the slip for future reference.

Candidates belonging to SC and ST categories can also access travel authority information ten days before the exam date. Admit cards will be released four days prior to the scheduled exam date.

The initial recruitment was announced for 5,696 vacancies, which has now been increased to 18,799 due to additional demand from Zonal Railways. The selection process involves five stages: CBT 1, CBT 2, a Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT), Document Verification (DV), and a Medical Examination (ME). Negative marking is applicable in CBT 1 and 2, with one-third of the marks deducted for each incorrect answer, while the CBAT does not have any negative marking.
