This provisional answer key will allow candidates to estimate their scores and assess their performance in the examination.

Steps to Download AIBE 19 Answer Key 2024

  1. Visit the official website at allindiaexamination.com.
  2. Click on the link for the answer key available on the homepage.
  3. Enter your login credentials to access the document.
  4. View and download the answer key.

Once the provisional answer key is released, the BCI will open a window for raising objections. Candidates who find discrepancies or disagree with any of the answers can challenge them via the registration portal. Each challenge requires a nominal fee per question. After the objection period ends, the council will have experts review the challenges and subsequently release the final answer key.

AIBE 19 Passing Criteria 2024

To qualify:

  • General and OBC candidates must secure at least 45%.
  • SC, ST, and disabled candidates need a minimum of 40%.

Clearing the AIBE is a mandatory step for law graduates in India who wish to practice as advocates. Passing the examination grants candidates the Certificate of Practice (COP) issued by the Bar Council of India. Without this certification, law graduates cannot represent clients in court or provide legal counsel, even if they are enrolled with a State Bar Council.
