The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) has released the provisional merit list for the first round of Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) counselling 2024. Starting today, candidates who have qualified for GUJCET can participate in the mock choice filling, which is available until June 10. The ACPC has also published the revised final seat matrix for participating colleges alongside the merit list.
Additionally, the committee has extended the application deadline for GUJCET counselling for diploma admissions in engineering and pharmacy until June 12. The counselling process managed by ACPC will facilitate admissions to BE, BTech, pharmacy, diploma, ME, MPharm, MBA, MCA, BArch, and other courses.
Following the release of the provisional merit list, candidates must verify their merit number and category based on the information submitted during registration. They will then need to prioritise and fill out as many course and college choices as possible to enhance their chances of securing a seat.
The first round of GUJCET choice filling is a mock exercise, designed to help candidates gauge their chances of admission to their preferred colleges. Candidates are encouraged to adjust their choices accordingly to optimise their chances in the regular round.
According to the schedule, the mock round result, final merit list, and choice filling for round 1 will commence on June 13. The results for the first round of GUJCET counselling seat allotment will be announced on June 20.
