Educational resources firm Pearson India has partnered with S P Jain School of Global Management (SP Jain Global) to introduce an executive human resources leadership programme catering to the growing need for relevant new-age skills in a post-COVID work environment.

The executive HR leadership course is a live online interactive course designed to help professionals with 5-12 years of work experience transition to leadership roles within the HR function.

The leadership programme aims to foster talent and workforce transformation by providing skill-based learning and adaptation to the changing work ecosystems.

Key aspects of the executive HR leadership programme:

  • Participants will be taught how to re-think HR, become a trusted advisor and bring about digital transformation
  • HR professionals will need to commit three hours every week for nine months to complete the course.
  • Learning will be supplemented by interactions with industry experts, who will share insights on trends and dynamics of the new workplace and the evolving role of HR leaders in the workforce of the future.
  • Professionals will learn how to leverage HR as a strategic enabler for the business, build credibility and join the “inner circle” of leaders in their organization.

The programme is an advanced-level HR course covering the latest practices, cutting-edge technologies and their applicability in modern HR.
