The registration process for the June session of the University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) 2024 is set to end today, May 10. Candidates who have still not yet submitted their application form can do so through the official website - ugcnet.nta.ac.in. However, they will be able to deposit their application fee till May 12, 2024 (11.50 PM).
Important Dates
- Application submission deadline - May 10 (11.50 PM)
- Application/examination fee submission deadline - May 11 to May 12 (11.50 PM)
- Application correction window - May 13 to May 15 (11.50 PM)
Application Fee
Candidates belonging to the General/Unreserved category will have to pay an amount of ₹1150, whereas, General-EWS/OBC-NCL and SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender candidates will pay ₹600 and ₹325, respectively, as their application fee.
UGC-NET June 2024 will be conducted on June 18, 2024, to determine the eligibility of candidates for ‘award of Junior Research Fellowship and appointment as Assistant Professor’, ‘appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D.’, and ‘admission to Ph.D. only’ at universities and colleges across India.
