The National Testing Agency (NTA) officially published the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2024 provisional answer keys along with scanned images of OMR answer sheets and recorded responses.
Along with the release of the provisional answer key, NTA has also opened the answer key challenge window on May 29. This will allow students to file objections against the provisional answer key by paying a non-refundable processing fee of ₹200 per question/challenge, which a panel of experts will then review. The challenge window will be functional till 11.50 PM today, May 31.
After completion of this procedure, the revised final answer key will be released. Based on the revised final answer key, the result will be prepared and declared.
Steps to Raise/Submit Objections
- Visit the official website at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET.
- Click on the designated answer key challenge link displayed on the homepage.
- Enter the login credentials (application number and DOB).
- Choose the question you want to challenge and select the correct answer.
- Save the challenge and proceed with the necessary fee payment.
- Complete the payment and download the confirmation page for future reference.
The examination was conducted for students aspiring to pursue medical education across India on May 5, 2024, at 4750 centres located in multiple Indian and foreign cities.
