Ahead of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2022 session 1,
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released a set of guidelines and instructions for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2022 Session 1 candidates.
The JEE Main 2022 Session 1 examinations will be held from June 23 to June 29 under strict CCTV surveillance. Internet jammers will also be deployed. Precautions will be taken to prevent candidates from using unfair means in the exam hall.
Examinees have been asked to check the admit cards for the venue of examination, reporting and gate closing time, date of examination and shift in which the examination will be held. The candidates have been asked to reach the exam centre early to familiarise themselves with the venue.
Candidates have been asked to carry a colour print-out of the admit card, one passport-size photo and one valid photo identity proof.
With COVID-19 cases on the rise again, the NTA has made the use of masks and sanitisers mandatory in exam halls.
“No candidate is allowed to enter the centre wearing his/her own mask. Masks will be provided at the centre. Personal masks will be disposed of in a closed pedal-push bin provided at the centre,” the NTA notice said.
The advisory also mentions other do’s and don’t’s for the candidates. Candidates can check the entire notice at https://nta.ac.in/Download/Notice/Notice_20220622111256.pdf
