The National Testing Agency has opened the correction window for candidates who have applied for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) exam. Now, students will be able to make changes in their particulars by visiting the official website of NTA at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET.
The correction window has opened on Thursday, April 11 and will close on Friday, April 12.
However, candidates who wish to make corrections related to Aadhaar authentication have been provided time till April 15 to make necessary changes.
The NTA has advised all candidates for the NEET UG examination to visit the website and verify their particulars and make changes (if necessary).
After the correction window closes, candidates will not be allowed to make any correction in the application form.
"Since it is a one-time facility extended to the candidates to avoid any hardships to them, the candidates are informed to do the correction very carefully, as no further chance for correction will be given to the candidates," said NTA in the notification.
The final correction shall be applicable only after payment of an additional application fee if required.
How to make correction?
Step 1:Visit the official website of NEET UG at exams.nta.nic.in/NEET
Step 2: Under the 'Candidate Activity' tab, click on Login
Step 3: Enter your login credentials to login into your dashboard
Step 4: Make necessary corrections in your application form
Step 5: Pay any excess fee (If required)
Step 6: Submit the application
