NTA issues GAT-B, BET 2024 Provisional Answer Key; Know Steps to Challenge Inside

The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the provisional answer key for the Graduate Aptitude Test - Biotechnology (GAT-B) and Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) 2024 yesterday i.e. on 26 April. Candidates who have appeared in the exam can download the GAT-B, BET 2024 provisional answer by visiting the official website- exams.nta.ac.in/DBT.

Candidates who aren’t satisfied with the answer key will be able to raise objections against the GAT-B, BET 2024 provisional answer key by 28 April through the official website. Candidate challenges will undergo verification by a panel of subject experts. If deemed valid, the answer key will be adjusted accordingly.

To challenge the answer key, candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 per question challenged. Following the revision of the GAT-B, BET 2024 final answer key, the results will be prepared and announced.

As per the schedule, the GAT-B 2024 and BET 2024 examinations were held on 20 April.

GAT-B, BET 2024 Answer Key: Steps to challenge

1. Visit the official website- exams.nta.ac.in/DBT
2. Log in with the required credentials and submit
3. Click ‘Challenge(s) regarding Answer Key’
4. Question IDs in sequential order for GAT-B /BET 2024 will appear on the screen
5. If you wish to challenge this option, you may use any one or more of the option IDs given in the next four columns by clicking the check box
6. Upload supporting documents in the field ‘Choose File’ and upload (all documents are to be put in a single pdf/jpg file)
7. Click on ‘Challenge Question’ and move to the next screen
8. All the option IDs you have challenged will be displayed and if any changes are required, the candidate can click on edit and add challenge questions
9. Click on ‘save your claim and pay fee finally’
