The UGC NET June 2024 exam, initially held on June 18, was cancelled by the Ministry of Education following concerns regarding a possible paper leak. CSIR UGC NET 2024 exam, originally scheduled for June 25 to June 27, was postponed due to unavoidable circumstances and logistic issues.
New Exam Dates

CSIR UGC NET: The Joint CSIR UGC NET exam for Science stream subjects will now be conducted between July 25 and 27, 2024.

UGC NET June 2024 Cycle: The UGC NET exam will be held from August 21 to September 4, 2024.
It is important to note that unlike the June session which was conducted offline for the first time, the rescheduled UGC NET exam will revert to the earlier Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. This means the exam will be conducted online over a period of two weeks.
This announcement by NTA brings much-needed relief to the large number of students who were preparing for the UGC NET and CSIR NET exams.
