From March 3 to March 7, the National Medical Commission (NMC) will reopen the portal for medical colleges to enter information about applicants who enrolled in postgraduate super speciality and broad speciality classes.
The portal will reopen because, from February 18 to February 23, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) held a special mop-up round to fill the open spots in SS courses. For colleges that were unable to fill out the necessary information for any reason, the commission stated that it would open the portal for wide speciality courses.
Additionally, the NMC invited applications from medical schools for the recognition of PG programmes, for its renewal, and for recognition in response to a rise in the number of postgraduate medical degrees being accepted. On its official website, nmc.org.in, the commission has made the application form format and the list of papers that must be approved available.
