Niti Aayog’s Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) has announced a partnership with KidEx Venture Private Limited to leverage KidEx’s existing technology platform to host AIM’s flagship programmes.
According to an official statement released on March 10, the programmes will be available for over one crore school students on the AIM network across India.
AIM is the Government of India’s flagship initiative to create and promote a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship across the country. KidEx Venture is a platform offering educational programmes aimed at the holistic development of children.
With the collaboration, these programmes would now be accessible to every student affiliated with Atal Tinkering Labs’ network of schools in a digital, convenient manner at zero cost, the statement added.
The statement further added that over a two-year time frame, AIM and KidEx will reach out to at least 10 lakh-plus young learners and enable them to get exposure to AIM’s proprietary programmes on innovation and entrepreneurship.
The KidEx technology platform has been evaluated over the last one year during which more than one lakh students from over 1,500 schools have used the platform and found it convenient and engaging, mentioned the statement.
KidEx will be adopting 100 schools under the Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL) initiative, the statement added.
Launched in 2020, KidEx’s flagship product, National All Rounder Championship (NARC), aims at enabling holistic development of children through experiential learning of age appropriate activities.
