The National Institute of Technology (NIT), Jamshedpur will officially conclude the registration and choice-filling process for the NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) 2024 counselling today, July 5. The window will remain functional till 5 PM.
During the counselling registration, students can choose their preferred institutes based on their ranks and the availability of seats by paying a non-refundable fee of ₹1000. The counselling process will be conducted in three rounds, followed by a special round. All the shortlisted candidates must register afresh for counselling and the admission process. No alterations can be made to the registration form after the final submission and choices submitted in the first round of counselling will be processed till the third round.
Counselling Schedule
Following the counseling procedure, the first round of seat allotment results will be published on the official NIMCET website (nimcet.admissions.nic.in or nimcet.in).
NIMCET is an institute-level entrance exam for students aspiring to pursue a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) course at renowned institutes (10 NITs and IIIT Bhopal) across India.
