The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has officially begun the theory examinations for Class 10 and Class 12 students for the October session. It is imperative that students bring their NIOS admit cards to the examination centers.
For Class 10 students, today marks the Hindustani Sangeet examination, while Class 12 students are taking their Sanskrit and Early Childhood Care and Education examinations. Students can readily download their NIOS admit cards from the official website, nios.ac.in.
These theory examinations for the NIOS October session, spanning Class 10 and Class 12, are scheduled to run until November 8, 2023. Anticipated to be unveiled in December 2023, the results are awaited by students. A minimum score of 33 percent is required to pass the examination. Tomorrow, Class 10 students will be tackling their Sanskrit exam, while Class 12 will sit for their Urdu examination.
Upon successful completion of these exams, NIOS will issue the mark-sheet-cum-certificate and the migration-cum-transfer certificate directly through the respective allocated institutes. Notably, the institute conducted practical exams for both Class 10 and Class 12 from September 16 to October 1, adding another dimension to the comprehensive assessment process.
