With the National Testing Agency (NTA) releasing the final revised results of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) Undergraduate Exam 2024, the number of toppers who have achieved full marks in the exam has decreased to 17 from 67. The full marks of the exam is 720.

The examination was held on May 5 throughout the country and nearly 24 lakh students had appeared in the examination.

With the results being out, the Medical Counselling Committee with soon start the counselling process for the students on the basis of the marks and ranks obtained by them in the exam.

The MCC will soon be publishing a detailed NEET UG 2024 counselling notification and schedule on its official website mcc.nic.in

The MCC will be holding four rounds of counselling for the 15 percent of the All India Quota (AIQ) for MBBS, BDS, Ayush and other UG medical courses.

The rest of the seats, i.e. 85 percent are reserved for NEET UG state quota. Seats are also reserved for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD categories.

With NTA releasing the re-revised exam results, the number of toppers has decreased from 67 to 17.
