The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2023 exam tomorrow, 7 May 2023 for granting admissions to medical courses.
It must further be noted that NEET UG 2023 will take place in offline mode for a duration of three hours and 20 minutes. The timings of this particular medical entrance exam will be 2 pm to 5:20 pm. Applicants must carry their admit cards along with a photo ID to the exam hall.
NEET UG 2023 question paper will further include multiple choice questions on four subjects - physics, chemistry, botany, and zoology. In this question paper each subject will have two sections. Where section A will consist of 35 questions while the other section B will have 15 questions. Applicants are required to attempt 10 questions from section B.
Applicants appearing for the exam must note that they will be awarded four marks for every right answer whereas one mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. Furthermore, zero marks will be granted for unattempted or unanswered questions.
NEET UG 2023 is being held in 13 different languages that aligns with the National Education Policy (NEP). The National Testing Agency has also clarified that applicants who have opted for the English language for the exam will be granted a question booklet in English only whereas other applicants who opted for Hindi or regional languages will be given a bilingual test booklet.
