The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) extended the resignation deadline from the NEET PG round 1 counselling 2023 by one day i.e. 18 August. As per the schedule, the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - Postgraduate (NEET PG 2023) round 2 counselling registration against the All India Quota (AIQ) will begin today on the official website- mcc.nic.in.
“Resignation from Round 1 seat is being provided up to 05:00 PM of 18.08.2023,” the MCC official website read. There are a total of four rounds of NEET PG counselling 2023, including a stray round.
The registration for NEET PG round 2 AIQ counselling will begin from 17 August and will conclude on 22 August at 12 noon. However, the payment facility will be available till 8 pm on the last date of NEET PG round 2 counselling registration. The tentative seat matrix for round 2 will be announced on 18 August.
Once the seat matrix result is declared on 18 August, candidates who wish to pursue MD, MDS, PG medical courses will have to fill choices in the order of priority from 19 to 22 August. They will also have to avail the choice locking facility from 3 pm to 11.55 pm on 22 August. The second round NEET PG 2023 allotment results 2023 will be declared on 25 August.
Those not allotted any seats in the two rounds, will be able to participate in the third and stray round. The NEET PG Round 3 registration will commence from 8 September.
