Admission to AIIMS New Delhi, however, is not covered under the exam. Only those who have a BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree can apply for the entrance test. The applicant also should have undergone a 12-month compulsory rotatory internship or practical training by March 31.
The candidate will be asked to select the city in which he or she wants to take the test when submitting the application online. The choice of the city will be determined by the availability of test centres in that city and the allotment will be made on a first-come first-served basis.
